About Us

Founding of Club

The Kiwanis Club of Sandwich was founded on
March 23,1978.

Over the decades, the club has held many fundraisers, including pancake breakfasts, spaghetti feeds, bike rides, golf tournaments, poker tournament, printing a town map and other events. We help the community in a variety of ways, including sponsoring community service focused youth groups, highway clean-ups, raising money to benefit children and children's support groups, and providing scholarships. The club has enjoyed a rich history over the years, with its members coming from fields like accounting, civil service, education, management, dentistry and many more. 

Over the last ten years the club has donated nearly $1,500,000 to the community and Cape Cod charities.

The club has a 501(c)(3) designation so that any
and all donations made to the club are fully deductible according to IRS regulations.
